recommends the Ken Holmes Jr. "Bonnie & Clyde Tour" in Dallas, Tx. you betcha. if I ever make it to Dallas, it's tops on my list. John Neal Phillips also conducts occasional "Bonnie & Clyde" tours for the Dallas Historical Society, so I would have to hope my possible visit would be one of those occasions. this book is done. sigh. what an exciting ride. I know how crochety I get after long car rides. it must've been miserable when you threw in getting shot at, having to rob gum machines to buy food, bathing in cricks, wearing the same clothes day in/day out, risk of poison ivy from popping squats...makes going out west in a covered wagon with the occasional wolf or Indian attack look easy....
