a Bigfoot Movie to find....

Love love love this idea! I have a dresser I didn't know what to do with

(hey! so do I! and the drawers are all busted up anyways! perfect!)

things to do in the Big Easy (that I think I could actually accomplish!)

fried chicken at Willie Mae’s
Parade in a second line One of the best things about New Orleans is that sometimes, seemingly out of nowhere, a second line parade just starts rolling down the street. When that happens, you drop everything and roll with them.
View Mardi Gras or the St. Pat’s Day parade from a balcony There’s really nothing like being on high during the big parades. Or better still...
Find the baby (or bean, or trinket) in a slice of king cake You will be the king of the party! You will also have to bring the next king cake. That’s a solid tradition here.
Spend Thanksgiving at the track Turkey Day is also the opening of racing season at the Fair Grounds. A holiday visit to bet on the ponies is a time-honored New Orleans tradition, one that you should experience at least once before you meet your heavenly maker.
Hear the church choir at the St. Louis Cathedral Religious music is far from boring in New Orleans. There's also the amazing Jazz Fest Shabbat at Touro Synagogue, the Trinity Church organ series, Soulful Voices Choir at St. Augustine Church, etc.

Tellico Grains Bakery in Tellico Plains, Tennessee is an amazing place to eat for lunch. Not only do they bake their own bread, but they also implement local flavors, such as bacon from Benton's Country Hams.

The Stanley Hotel, Estes Park, CO Famous for being the hotel which inspired “The Shining,” the Stanley has long been believed to be haunted, especially the well-known ballroom. More recently, the television program “Ghost Hunters” investigated and found that in fact there were scientifically inexplicable phenomena which originated in the ballroom.

The Mütter Museum, Philadelphia, PA If you find preserved human specimens morbid, this is definitely not the place for you because it’s stocked full of them. If those don’t bother you, how does an entire extracted human colon sound?

The Museum of Death, Los Angeles, CA Founded in 1995, the Museum of Death features a large collection of serial killer memorabilia (yes, apparently that’s a thing), including prison artwork done by the serial murderers themselves!

*Sugar Crumb Crispies*

Cinnamon-Sugar Pizza made with Crescent Rolls
*Sugar Crumb Crispies*
1/4 cup butter *make sure butter is cold*
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
dash of salt
1/2 cup flour
1 can Pillsbury Cresent Rolls
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Cut in butter to sugars, cinnamon, and salt and flour to form crumbs.
On an ungreased cookie sheet, separate crescent roll dough into 8 triangles. Sprinkle crumbs on top.
Bake at 400 degrees for 8-12 minutes.
After they were cooked and cooled I cut them into smaller triangles but you can leave them big too!
GLAZE
1/2 cup powdered sugar *I like my glaze thicker, so if the glaze is too runny, just add more powdered sugar to get yours to the desired consistency.*
1 Tbsp. softened butter
1-1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 to 1-1/2 Tbsp. milk
Blend together and drizzle over Sugar Crumb Crispies

Five Flights Up

putting this on the movies to see list!

this bucket list item should be fairly easy!

get a working tv and dvd player hooked back up in our bedroom! Kevin thinks that tv had an issue...lets buy a new one. flat screens are ridicuosly cheap & lightweight these days...not like when you had to take out a bank loan and rent a uhaul to buy a tv.....

As one ghost hunter put it, "just because you rent a room does not necessarily mean you'll end up sleeping here!"

The Shanley Hotel, a former bordello nestled in the Shawangunk Mountains of Ulster County, New York, has quickly gained a reputation for being one of the most haunted hotels in the state.
