easy vegetable garden.....take a 2 cubic feet bag of potting soil, rough it up to break up clods, poke holes in back for drainage, lay on smooth surface that will allow drainage and not get too hot. cut out top, leaving 4-5" border on edge.

harvest with scissors, don't cut plants out. keep moist, not sopping wet. spinach, radishes, lettuce.
