But tucked away in New St. Joseph Cemetery in Cincinnati, Ohio might be the saddest GRAVE MARKER of them all: a child's dollhouse.

Reddit user danthoms was walking near the cemetery when he noticed a strange GRAVE MARKER in the distance. As he walked closer, he discovered that the gravestone was actually a functioning dollhouse, complete with toys.
Inside it was two stories high but things were in shambles. The floor had fallen out of the top and things were skattered everywhere. So I fixed the floor, removed the trash, and rearranged the furniture. Rest in Peace, Mary.
The sad monument was built by John Keating, a local stonemason, sometime between 1868 and 1878 as a way to memorialize the untimely deaths of his two children and a niece. At one point, the intricately-created dollhouse even had small pieces of stone-carved furniture inside, but were eventually lost to vandals.
Today, the memorial lies mostly forgotten inside the cemetery, waiting for the random passerby to stop and play.
