I'll be journeying back to Tulsa someday....that little paperback from the school library was a big part of my teenage years...
Koren found me a copy at my mom's second hand store years ago...it's still one of my favorite books. and I still cry. every. single. time.
and how did I learn of this? not from visiting Tulsa this summer (and researching cool things to do while we were there....) but from watching the finale of The Lowe Files where Rob Lowe went to visit the work in progress for his 53rd birthday and have a sit down with S.E. Hinton.
