With Halloween coming up, share this to your page so you can remember to do this! After you scoop out and carve your pumpkin, dip it in a large container of bleach and water (use a 1 tsp:1 gal mix). The bleach will kill bacteria and help your pumpkin stay fresh longer. Once completely dry, (drain upside down), add 2 tablespoon of vinegar and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to a quart of water. Brush this solution onto your pumpkin to keep it looking fresh for weeks.”

Just off Highway 95, about halfway between Las Vegas and Reno, lies the sleepy desert town of Tonopah. For many, the town is just another oasis to fuel up in the middle of the desert, but one building at the edge of town offers more than just gasoline... it offers nightmare fuel. Tremble in fear at the most terrifying motel in the world: The Clown Motel

The Sauer Castle, located in Kansas City, Kansas, was the residence of Anton Sauer. Sauer had married his wife Francesca in Vienna, Austria, at age eighteen and they raised five children: Gustave, Anthony Philip Jr., Julius, Emil, and Johanna. Reported paranormal activity includes apparitions and floating lights.
Address:
935 Shaunee Road
Kansas City, Kansas
Do not trespass; respect the fence and the efforts to restore this grand mansion.
LOCATION:
This castle is very tricky to find, but Tom and I were tenacious and we finally found it, after getting a hint from a county worker where it was located. It is located in a nice, neighborhood made up of a lot of curvy s streets, up on the hill between the 69 and 35 Hwy.

family heirloom dresser
chose dresser
complimentary paint colors for your picturemeasure dresser, order old print as poster (example was $40)removed hardware and paint dresserMod Podge adhesive on surface area of dresser where applying poster , light layer of Mod Podge on back of poster, put on from bottom, rubbing bubbles out as you go.Giving the poster enough time to dry, use a sharp edged razor or exacto knife (a fresh blade will do the best cutting) and cut along the lines where appropriate. After cutting, where appropriate, remove the drawers and set aside. Apply a healthy coat of Mod Podge over the entire piece (and drawers, if indicated) and while wet, rub the edges of the poster with a sanding block and/or sanding paper to give a vintage effect.
After the piece has completely dried, seal your painted wood (and hardware ) with the American Paint Company finish of your choice. Let dry, apply hardware and love.
(homemade) miracle stain fighter!
Tip of the Day: We love this miracle stain fighter! Fill a hydrogen peroxide bottle that's about one-third empty with Dawn (or another dishwashing liquid). Then add a spray bottle nozzle and spray on any kind of stain to remove immediately. It works on ketchup, BBQ sauce, mustard, grass, mud, sweat stains, red wine, pollen...just about anything! And it's safe to use on most clothes, even if they're not white.
